Paid samples are available only for the approved wall calendar and desk calendar products listed below. You may select multiple products in one application and enter a sample quantity for each. Sample availability, sample charges and collection arrangements are subject to confirmation by Ho Wai.
Samples are subject to availability and company approval. Sample, packaging and delivery charges may apply. Diary and higher-cost samples are normally chargeable.

Collection Arrangement

Applicants are required to arrange collection of samples. Ho Wai does not normally provide sample delivery. If delivery is required, please state the request in the Remarks field. Delivery arrangements are subject to separate confirmation and additional transportation charges. Submission of a delivery request does not constitute acceptance of the arrangement.
Workflow: application submitted → company review → availability confirmed → sample charges and collection or delivery arrangements confirmed → payment instruction issued → customer pays → payment confirmed by Ho Wai → collection or dispatch arranged. No payment is collected automatically on this website.
